Cooper Bald is a highly skilled and experienced earthmoving operator who has spent over 5 years specialising in civil works and earthmoving projects. Currently working at Stringybark Landscaping, Cooper has been leading multiple teams to deliver innovative and sustainable earthmoving solutions.
Starting his career as an apprentice with Stringybark Landscaping, Cooper quickly gained hands-on experience in the art of earth moving. Over the years, he has held various positions ranging from a labourer, then operator to a supervisor. Cooper always strives to grow and develop and is currently undertaking his Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
With his extensive knowledge and expertise in earthmoving, Cooper has played a pivotal role in ensuring that Stringybark Landscaping’s projects are completed on time and within budget. He is constantly looking for ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce the environmental footprint of construction activities.
Cooper is an excellent communicator known for his ability to build rapport with team members, stakeholders and clients alike. He is a natural leader with a calm and focused approach, and possesses an outstanding ability to motivate and inspire his team to deliver high-quality work that exceeds clients’ expectations.
